Central Park's Wily Coyote
A coyote rests in a cage after being captured in New York's Central Park on Wednesday March 22, 2006. Officials say the tawny-colored animal, nicknamed Hal by park workers, is about a year old and weighs around 35 pounds. He proved to be quite adept at avoiding capture, jumping into the water, ducking under a bridge and scampering through the grounds of an ice skating rink after authorities thought they had him cornered Wednesday morning.
