The Rare Mountain Gorilla
A female mountain gorilla and her five-month-old son in the Kahuzi Biega Nature Park in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Gorillas are among 21 types of "curious and charismatic" animals that will receive enhanced protection under a new international conservation treaty.
