Orcas on the Move
Killer whales, or orcas, surface for air along the Pacific coast. A group that summers in Puget Sound off the coast of Seattle may soon go extinct, said officials. Shipping traffic, toxic chemicals and scarcity of food are among the immediate threats to their survival.
