YELLOW-BELLIED MARMOT

A yellow-bellied marmot is a squirrel-like rodent that lives in the mountains of western North America. Young are born in nests made of grass and are able to go on foraging trips within a few weeks of birth. They live in colonies and spend much of their time grooming and chasing one another.
