MANDRILL

Mandrill mothers give birth to a single baby about once every year and a half. At first, they cling to their mother's belly fur as she travels through the forest. Then, they move around to ride piggy-back and watch her as she forages for food. Female mandrills do most of the parenting, but males protect and play with their young.
