Butterfly
Change is an essential part of your life, and perhaps no animal epitomizes change moreso than the butterfly. For the butterfly, life begins as a tiny, round egg. From this emerges a long, tubular larvae called a caterpillar. After eating its fill of leaves, it attaches itself to a branch and becomes a pupa, or chrysalis. Inside, it grows wings and morphs into the butterfly you see above. Now that is one serious makeover.
