Purpose: To add an appealing element to your back yard.

Materials: concrete mix, bowl and wooden spoon for mixing, water, stone mold, and decorative gems, stones and beads for design

Instructions:

1) To start, follow the manufacturer's instructions when mixing the concrete.

2) Once the concrete is ready, pour the mixture into the mold, about 1-½ to 2-½ inches deep.

3) Gently tap the mold onto a tabletop to pop any air bubbles that may have formed.

4) Now, it is time to add the decorative gems, rocks and beads by simply pressing them into the concrete.

5) Use a damp cloth to remove any concrete smudges from the decorative pieces.

6) Curing of the stone will vary depending on the climate, but 24 hours is the average amount of time needed before the stone can be removed from the mold.
