While the purple martin, a bird in the swallow family, has been able to make its own environment out West, purple martins on the East Coast could use a helping hand from humans. Enter the Backyard Habitat team. Molly and David go down on the farm with the Stephensons, an agricultural family in Mims, Fla., who want to certify their backyard as an official wildlife habitat for the purple martin.
