Alligators and Green Anoles
small text
large text
Molly and David visit the Pyle family in Umatilla, Fla., to show them how to live safely with the alligators that inhabit their lakeside property and how to create a suitable environment for the green anole. The green anole, often confused with the chameleon because of its ability to change color, is actually a distant, and much smaller, cousin of the alligator. The Pyles take a tour of Gatorland, a fanciful wildlife park, for an up-close look at alligators and their world and a lesson on the differences between alligators and crocodiles.
