As a founding member, principle co-songwriter, and electrifying lead guitarist of Aerosmith, Joe Perry has achieved permanent iconic stature in the pantheon of rock. Some key milestones over the past 30 years include: album sales exceeding 100 million copies; induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2001; four Grammy Awards; 12 MTV Video Awards; two People’s Choice Awards; six Billboard Music Awards; eight American Music Awards; 23 Boston Music Awards; and an Academy Award nomination for Best Song. As a solo artist, Joe Perry has released four albums.

Joe Perry has taken his broad range of talents and interests into other areas, including writing music for film and television. He composed the theme song for the “Spiderman” animated TV series as well as music for the film This Thing of Ours, starring James Caan.  His other instrumental credits include Aerosmith’s Grammy-nominated track, Boogie Man.
