ANDRE DIGNELLI, trainer. Andre climbed the ranks of the equestrian world through sheer determination and skill, instead of financial means, and has built himself an elite training empire. Having successfully run Heritage Farm with his brother Michael for the last 11 years, Andre trains several of the best junior riders in the country, including Maggie McAlary, Natalie Johnson, Jessica Speiser and Addison Phillips. As a former competitor himself, Andre knows what it takes to win the Maclay Medal, and his riders are some of the most talented on horseback.
